There's no build fee, no deposit and no setup charge. Your only cost is the monthly plan, and it doesn't start until the day you approve the website.
What happens if I don't like the website?
You tell me, and that's the end of it — you owe nothing and we part as friends. No invoice, no pressure, no obligation. That risk sits with me, not you.
What does the $99/month cover — and can I cancel it?
It keeps your website hosted, secure and looked after: hosting, SSL, domain management, content updates and edits, and direct access to me for support. And yes — you can cancel anytime. There's no minimum term and no lock-in contract. Your domain is registered in your name, so it stays yours either way.
How fast will I see my website?
Your first full preview is ready in about 3 business days from our chat. It's a real, clickable website — not a sketch or a wireframe.
Who owns the domain and the website?
Your domain is registered in your name from day one and is yours no matter what. The website itself becomes yours outright once you've been on the plan for 6 months. If you cancel before then and want to take the site with you, you can buy it outright for $499 — the full detail is in our terms & conditions. Either way, nothing is held hostage.
I don't have content or photos. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's the norm. I write the copy for you based on our chat, and I source quality imagery that fits your business. If you have your own photos, even better — we'll use them.
