Ember & Grain began in 2019 with a simple idea: serve coffee that actually tastes good, made by people who care. We roast our beans in-house every week, source our produce from farms within an hour of Brisbane, and cook everything from scratch.

We're not trying to be the trendiest cafe on the block. We just want to be the one you keep coming back to — the one where the barista knows your order and the food makes your morning better.
