Terms of Service

1. The Deal

We like to keep things simple. We build your website for $0 upfront. If you love it, you pay a monthly subscription (currently $149 AUD) to keep it live. There are no hidden fees and no lock-in contracts.

2. Who Owns What?

Think of this like renting a shop space rather than buying a building.

You Own: Your domain name (.com.au), your logo, and any text or photos you send us to put on the site.

We Own: The website code, the design, and the hosting setup. Because this is a rental service, you are paying to use the website, not to buy the code.

3. Cancellation & Moving On

You can cancel any time—just send us an email. We will stop the billing immediately.

Because you are renting the technology from us, if you cancel, the website will be taken offline at the end of your billing month. We do not package up the website files or code for you to take to another host.

4. Payments

Your subscription is billed automatically each month. If a payment fails, we'll keep your site online for 7 days to give you time to fix it before the service is paused.

5. Liability

We do our best to ensure your site is always online and running fast. However, we cannot be held liable for any lost business or damages caused by temporary internet outages or service interruptions.
